Deep Resilience
Mindfulness Practice

"Mindfulness practice of conscious, relaxed alertness, is a key that unlocks our intrinsic ability to regulate the mind and body in beneficial ways.

People often say they don’t have time for meditation; but amongst meditation’s many benefits is that it actually helps us make the most of our limited time!"
Two decades of applying mindfulness for stress resilience inspired me to teach; with an analytical simplicity for our time-constrained age.

Kathleen spent 20 years developing her mindfulness practice while in demanding jobs, and now delivers training courses on stress resilience in fast-paced business environments.
She draws on her own experience of surviving the high-stress, performance-driven environments of the advertising & creative industry, and change management consulting; and brings to the table facilitation skills honed in high-pressure stakeholder engagements for governance reform & transformation labs.
Amongst the region's pioneering trainers of mindfulness for corporate contexts, she focuses on enabling creativity, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
Kathleen has facilitated 16-hour mindfulness workshops in Hong Kong and Tokyo as well as in Malaysia; for diverse audiences ranging from startup teams to executive coaches, and for multinational corporates.
She helps individuals and teams to access the resilience needed to perform, survive & thrive in rapidly changing, disruptive work environments.
In her spare time, she teaches pro bono for NGOs and non-profits. She is inspired by empowering people to live happier.
