I found Kathleen to be a gentle and encouraging instructor. My body feels much more relaxed and less tense - definitely recommend this to other first-timers curious to try it out!

I was glad for Kathleen's introductory comments at the beginnning. In general, I think explaining "why" helps people do something new. Kathleen did this thru-out the class.
