" Mindfulness practice is the key which unlocks our intrinsic ability to regulate the mind and body in beneficial ways.
The mindfulness practice sharpens our mental ability to function with relaxed awareness.
It also rests and rejuvenates our nervous system; which means it is highly beneficial for addressing a range of stress-related health issues."
MINDFULNESS
Simple, Scientific, Accessible
First introduced to mindfulness at 18; Kathleen believes in a simplicity of approach that makes the practice as easy as possible; suitable for people from any background and at any level of experience.
She teaches a wholly secular practice, developed over the decades of a personal journey into mindfulness traditions which took her as far afield as Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
Adopting a scientific approach to understanding the way the mind works; this relaxed alertness practice is a viable route to improving one’s quality of life, regardless of race, religion, or creed. The practice explores the direct connections between body and mind; with the aim of making us more aware of how happiness, contentment, and resilience can become more accessible to us as we go through the ups and downs of daily life.
